Service requirements
Electric Water Heaters can be upgraded to higher efficiency electric water heaters or heat pump water heaters.
Gas Water heaters can be upgraded to higher 90+ efficiency gas water heaters.
Electric cadet heaters and baseboard heaters can be upgraded to ducted or ductless heat pump furnaces.
New attic insulation can be put in if it’s lower than 6 inch deep or less than R-18 and for new floor insulation to be put in it as to be lower than 3-4 inch deep or less than R-11.
Windows incentives suggest for homes with broken/non-functional single-pane windows to be replaced with double pane windows.
Smart thermostats Incentives are suggested for homes that have Wi-Fi, a forced air furnace (gas or electric resistances), and non-programmable thermostat.
