Through this partnership, every homeowner in Oregon is eligible to receive a free Home Energy Assessment — a personalized look at how your home uses and loses energy, and what improvements could make it more efficient, comfortable, and affordable to live in.

Your Home Energy Assessment is Free

If you own a home anywhere in Oregon, you qualify for a no-cost assessment through the Energy Trust of Oregon.  Wyatt Assessments LLC provides these no-cost assessments exclusively in the Portland metro area.
During your visit, Tevian will assess how your home performs — looking for areas where energy and air might be escaping — and provide clear recommendations for improvement.

You May Qualify for Cash Incentives

After your assessment, you may be eligible for Energy Trust rebates that help cover the cost of energy-saving upgrades such as:

• Installing a heat pump furnace

• Replacing an old water heater with a heat pump water heater

• Upgrading an older gas furnace to a high-efficiency model

• Adding attic or floor insulation

• Installing energy-efficient double-pane windows

(Please note: solar panels and roofing upgrades are not currently available services through Wyatt Assessments LLC.)
